When I first started using Tumblr, I met a girl named Aviva. She drew me a dinosaur. Now, about 2 years and some months later, she shows up on my Tumblr radar. Her photo has 23,000 notes. O_O

1. I am 25 years old.
2. I live in Oakland, California and work in San Francisco, California at IGN in the eSports division.
3. In the last 6 months I have spent more money on Magic cards than I have on clothing and video games combined.
4. I hope that trend doesn’t continue.
5. I haven’t had a steady relationship since 2007, and even that one was long distance.
6. I haven’t played a normal game of StarCraft 2 (1v1, 4v4, etc.) since July.
7. I currently have 966 public videos and 141 private videos on my YouTube channel, http://www.youtube.com/AskJoshy The private ones are either from before StarCraft 2, when I did vlogs, or giveaways, or just videos that I wasn’t happy with after releasing them.
8. In my life I have held a koala, pet a white tiger cub, been bitten by sea lice at the Great Barrier Reef, had a drink bought for me by Jim Gaffigan, been dunked on by an NBA player (Gordon Hayward), won a car in a YouTube contest (sort of, I only got to drive it for a year), had a 24 hour span where I went whitewater rafting, got drunk, and went skydiving, and gone to a camp for kids with cancer and their siblings 10 consecutive years.
9. I completed my Honors College thesis from start to finish in the span of 10 days while living on a college friend’s couch, then presented it the day before graduation. I got a B+.
10. I have a thousand people I consider to be friends, but only three or four I consider close friends. I don’t talk them nearly enough, but that’s how dudes are.
